TICKET POLICY & DISCOUNTS

Below is a full list of discounts offered for Cadenza Productions along with our refund, exchange, and cancellation policy. For additional questions, please navigate to our 'contact' tab. 

LOCAL

We love our locals and have an extended "local" discount! Tickets are $10 (plus tax and fees). These tickets can only be purchased in-person through our box office with proof of residency. Each local I.D. gets one additional guest for $10. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount.

Boone, Christian, Douglas, Greene, Lawrence, Ozark, Stone, Taney, Webster

ARKANSAS COUNTIES:

Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Marion

KIDS 12 & UNDER

Kids 12 and under are free at any show with Cadenza Productions! These tickets can be reserved online and will be validated by our box office staff. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount.

VETERANS

We love our veterans! Veterans receive $10 off a full-price ticket. One additional guest accompanying our veteran will also receive $10 off. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount. Veterans discounts are only offered via phone or in-person at our box office. Thank you for your service!

RETURN RATE

We'd love to see you again (and again)! Once you've seen any show with Cadenza Productions at full price, your future tickets are 50% for the remainder of the year! Our box office will make sure your name and contact info are saved within our system for any future returns. This discount applies to everyone in your party but the original purchaser must be present. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount. These tickets must be purchased in-person through our box office. 

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

Tickets cannot be refunded within 24 hours of the original show time. If you cannot make the show and need to exchange your ticket for a later date, we'd love to assist you! Please note, that when rescheduling your ticket within the original 24 hour window, you will not be eligible for a future refund.

 

In the event your show is cancelled, our box office will do their best to notify you! At no additional cost, we will gladly transfer your tickets to the next available show date. If you are unavailable for a future date, we will gladly refund your tickets. Please note: we will need to speak with you or someone within your party to refund your tickets. If you purchased your ticket through a third party, you'll need to contact said party for a refund.
